Grid Leeds Hyde Park Time Trial #14. Well off my best pace, to some extent explained by a ten day gap between runs. but really expected to do better than this. Good lung-buster to get back into regular running though! Had to walk little bits of the last lap which is very unusual, but it just wasn't happening.
