Runs With Coyotes Mostly flat with a few short climbs, and lots of narrow single track twisting through the trees. I ran a good race last time so going faster will take real effort. And bad conditions underfoot may thwart a PB. But I'm capable of a good route PB here, possibly faster than my prediction... RESULT: ran hard as I could on a slighly altered, hillier course, beat back a wannabe stitch, and finished over 2 minutes faster than last year. Not enough though. Next year I want to win!
