LP Really enjoyed the race, nice route and weather. Well organised and smiley mardshals! Pensby Runners 57:09 60.76
Karen This was my first ever trail race and I really enjoyed it... Marshalling was excellent and the bottle of beer at the end much needed as the weather was glorious. I'm sure it'll grow in numbers next year as this was the first one.. Recommended. Rothwell & District Harriers 1:10:00 52.94
Tiggia Stadium Runners 1:26:24 40.57

Gibbo Over all an excellent race, a varied route which I really enjoyed. I went over on my right ankle just before mile 2, which slowed me down for a while, it did get better durting the race & I was able to finish fairly well. Anklevery painfull after the race, even more so Monday, Bollocks! Pudsey Pacers RC 51:42 60.48
PhilMac08 Horsforth Harriers 55:25 61.11
markp very nice countryside, running along the side of the busy road with no biew was a bit dull though. Purple Patch Runners 49:00 47:44 64.88
bushbaby Great race, lovely varied course well marshalled. Wanted sub 50 and just made it! Pudsey Pacers RC 50:00 49:42 66.49
Marisol Warm temperature, no rain. Running up the road and down same road towards the end, (the boring part) the rest was lovely. No miles signs around the race and withouth watch, I was guessing more or less the miles/time ahead. Bingley Harriers & AC 53:00 55:05 64.96
OVERTHELAST Really enjoyed this despite still feeling the pain from a 15m fell run over Ingleboro yesterday, a great day weatherwise and excellently marshalled race which I will do again, absolutely made up to sub one hour. Valley Striders AC, FELL PONIES 1:00:00 59:24 57.01
DrDan Nice course and well organised etc ... but I ran like a pig. First event for 20+ years and I spent too much energy thinking about it and not enough running it. Good learning experience for the Horsfoth 10K the following week ... it was only 1 mile less but I was 12.5 minutes faster. Huh? Hyde Park Harriers 1:01:00 1:04:08 50.71
northernslowcoach what a great new race :)
