_andy Felt that I pushed really hard, all the way, especially on the steep bits. Ran more of the steep uphills than last year, but was 82 seconds slower, although with good reasons, so that's fine. Legs didn't have any ooommppphhh in them from the turn-around point and felt drained, but the downhills were all good with lots of places taken there.
