wil e coyote Don't know my actual time as never run with a watch these days much but 09 time must've been under review of 33:42. Worked hard in first half but struggled for endurance from the Bringan turn-off around 3 1/2. Pleased to be around folks that I was behind last week at Dundonald. just got time, slower than 09... bummer Nice wee run but would be better if 5miles, must struggle to hit 4.75.
