CaptainDad Really pleased with time, tho it's not official yet. The hills weren't so bad apart from the last one up a slippy grass bank. Absolutely shattered at that point. Made good use of the downhills to pick up time and catch the groups in front of me. It was drizzley the whole way round but this was a good thing as it kept me cool.
