Alun Steady start, pushed on into the wooded main laps once I was confident that my achilles was okay and took lots of places. Faded a little in the final third but kept working until the finish. Very pleased with 29th place on a tough course after yesterday's race. Medway & Maidstone AC 38:21 38:59 66.95
