Alun Nurstead court, yippee, will the water splash be covered in an inch of ice this year??? (Nope!) Slight change in the course from last year, the two steep climbs were very tough because of the mud and the water splash was at least 18 Medway & Maidstone AC 40:51 40:51 39:00 40:51 59.64

ugly Should be ok to do this,fingers cross.Managed to get out of my sick bed for this after bout of flu,started at back and took the first lap easy picking it up for the 2nd lap.Came through it ok,coughed abit but really enjoyed the course and even managed to find time to splash the kids around the water feature,pleased i did it. new eltham joggers 45:44 45:44 34:00 45:44 55.90
