Alun Wow, that was tough (and longer than 5.5 miles by the way), I was very pleased with 43rd place. Water splash was @~#>$ cold but very quickly forgotten about and as for the extra little loop at the end, that's just not cricket. Martian Dashes A bit of everything on this excellent course, hills, fields, woods, mud, a bomb crater, horses and a lovely pond to run through (many thanks to the fellow who broke the ice up). Course run in reverse this year, it seemed harder.Thanks also to A Slowie for the pacing. Unaffiliated 30:41 30:41 37:57 68.55
Runna Probably my favourite xc course and a beautiful day so really enjoyed it. Not a great run by me, relaxed too much on second lap and never really got in to top gear. Well done to my team mate, Martian Dashes who was just in front of me. Gravesend Road Runners & AC 35:41 38:01 38:01 70.51
