Alun First cross country race of the season, very hard work around Knole Park in Sevenoaks and faded quite badly towards the end of the second lap. Absolutely loved it! Time reduced by 13 seconds once the results were in, all spent in the funnel recovering. Medway & Maidstone AC 38:30 38:36 68.26

Mr Hiles Wonderful weather for this first cross country run of the season. Well organised, great marshalls and a tough old course! Finished in the top 100, so I was pleased with my run. Forgot to stop my watch so I may need to adjust my finish time. Plumstead Runners 42:00 40:40 67.51
