Dave W Good night for it again. Coolish and quite windy, but pretty warm when you got going. My back has sorted itself out to the most part, and I could go a bit quicker. Set off a bit quick, and paid for it at the end a little bit, as I just haven't done any speedwork, or indeed any consistent training for a while.
