biggest nose hilly, 2 laps + an out and back, sounded horrid, clubmates who did it last year said it was too. Had to eat my words - enjoyed great battle with 2 other women, course really suited me feel strong on hills and they were at the beg of each lap followed by great downhills and the out and back was flat with lots of support which felt like a 400m race! worked hard felt good.
