ironman looking to get under 11 hours if possible. but to be realistic 1hr10 min swim, 6 hour bike and a sub 4 hour marathon-ish. this is my third ironman branded long distance race-. well, threw up in the swim, but had a good ride and great run to get a PB. amazing stormy conditions and humidity that i will never forget, great lightning storm on the last 30miles of the bike and torremtial rain. 11 hours 17 minutes and 12 seconds. managed another sub 4 hour marathon. anyone wants to share photos of the race then send me a personal message and we will see what we can do Birstall RC, Leicester Triathlon Club 3:21:57 3:27:39 11:10:00 3:57:12 52.85
