themookid Half a minute up on last years time. Would have like to sub 32 though. Found the last mile much tougher than I remember from previously. First mile very quick down the hill in 5:40 then a slow 6:50 up the hill in mile 2. Two 6:20s beginning to struggle in mile 4 (being passed now) and a killer 7:00 mile up the hill back. Felt like a walk in the woods but managed a kick over the last 800m and took a few of the guys that had passed me during 4th mile. My pacing is still crap. Unaffiliated 31:20 32:20 32:20 65.27
