mawngyguy Crikey, I did a best guess estimate and it was almost spot on. The uphill just after the start was a shock to the system! Reminded me of the Denby Dale Travellers 6 start. Hard work going up, puffing and blowing as usual. Loved the coming back down. Recomend this race a lot. multiterrainer DNF'd due to achilles problem - got as far as end of road section on way out but achilles was straining more and more on the relentless gradual climb so jacked it in which is a shame as its a great race and course - even in today's wind!! Horsforth Fellandale Club, LDWA 52:43 57:00
