Roadrunner Bark I travelled through to 'East Kilbride' today to do this 10k after comming off an early shift at work since 4am! It was a nice day for running though so so freezing!!! Once again I did what I didn't want to do,and set off far too fast from the Start! Though I enjoyed this Race today and I felt so relaxed and In control right through It.This was a nice flat+fast course with a foot-bridge Included, and I got myself a new PB!!! Finished in 14th place overall.Quite pleased though I just have to realise to save the energy for later Into the race! Stevie Wylie from my Club- Unaffiliated 34:22 35:53 35:53 73.57
