mxhornet This is also our county champs, a ridicuolously short one at that. I'll have to think about the time after I've checked out last years results. I've looked and decided something around the 25 minute mark should be about right. Post-race update :- a bit down on what I expected, course was different from last year so time comparison was out and I was slightly further down field than normal due to sheer amount of miles in my legs. Smudger 3 The slower lioness Ive enjoyed my running clubs crosscountry runs and i also enjoyed the race for life course at houghton hall,so will give this race a go.As always i will give it my best shot to improve my time.Not a pb at 37.22 forerunner time but was pleased with time as windy and a hard course.Will come back next year and try for a better time.Enjoyed the race.Will put time in when results come in.Sue Ryston Runners AC 35:29 37:04 37:00 37:22 54.03
