Boycie Much faster time than I was expecting! Whilst the clue is in the title - it really isn't the best preparation for a race like this to go on a stag weekend, involving drinking copious amounts and spending 7 hours on your feet the day beforehand covering several miles orienteering at Wimbleball lake! Oh well - would've been comfortably 3rd had I been up for it, 7th still good enough given the hills and how I felt! Unaffiliated 1:17:40 1:20:13 1:22:46 70.13

Cookie001 Overall I was pleased with this. I aimed to run it at Marathon pace but it soon turned into a race as I climbed into 4th position with half a mile to go. Hopefully on this performance for a flat course, I could run under 80 minutes. Bristol & West AC 1:14:48 1:22:41 1:25:00 1:22:41 70.12
