Alex B Not run a 5 mile race for many years. Need something to give me some motivation. *update* Weather was perfect. Started way to fast and paid for it over the next 3 miles, but held it together for a better than expected time. Nice flat course bar one of two short inclines to make the quads ache. Clarky Course was mostly flat with a few inclines. The weather was perfect went off a little fast at 6.10 for mile1, mile2 6.38, mile 3 6.36, mile 4 6.45 and mile 5 6.18. PB and 25th! Very pleased. North Derbyshire RC 32:28 32:28 32:28 65.00
