Cats Whiskers Think this may have been over-distance. Reasonably pleased with time if it was, though I never felt like I was firing off all cylinders. Left hamstring was a bit tight throughout and trapped a nerve in my back at 4m - pain was nauseating until it released itself about 5 mins later! Generally felt quite strong, but legs were still a bit heavy from last weekend. Cambridge & Coleridge AC 49:58 59.43
kiki.d Pleased with time, now wishing I pushed harder at end and got in under 50minutes, but v good all the same as apparently 6.65miles NOT 6.1!!!! Saffron Striders RC 47:00 50:35 60.68
