MarkC My first half marathon and a great experience. Felt strong and competitive throughout the first half, knowing that the real test would be that stiff hill at c.8miles. Fought my way up OK but paid the price at about 10miles when I really felt my energy go. Had to hang on to get home in under 1h50, but it was very satisfing to do so. Recommend that you have a couple of runs up THAT hill in training if you go for this one. Good race though, especially for a beginner. Unaffiliated 1:32:59 1:48:12 1:50:00 1:48:12 53.74
