PhilMathe christ this was hard!!! 3 mile xcountry run, upto knees in mud! 16 mile xcountry bike, really tough in the conditions 1 mile kayak, killed those arms - and 1 mile run! 3 mile xcountry run - with assault course just to make it that little bit harder tough...but so much fun!!
