wrinty Wife and kids served as my pacemakers as they are doing the 5K, and I managed to catch them at five miles, and fortunatley so as they called me back when I took a wrong turn soon after! Found it very hard work, as it was my first run for six months and struggled somewhat on the climb just after a mile and couldn't seem to make anything up on the downhill. Notwithstanding I thoroughly enjoyed running again. My Garmin made it 6.6miles, so probably 6.5 miles given my wrong turn. Avon Valley Runners 34:31 50:06 42:00 49:03 57.19
