Giantant This is a great little 2 lap cross country event with bit of tarmac added. Loads of stiles, footbridges and fields containing everything from cowpats to neck high maize! Couldn't quite get or keep a rhythm going so it wasn't so much fast as it was fun. Quantock Harriers 48:22 48:22 56:40 49.90

Windy My very first race (since 2000 London Marathon!!). Started at the back - big mistake - starting at front of all races from now on!! There was a lovely hill (!) which you have to run up twice - not sure if second time was better or worse. Enjoyed this race a lot though and would definitely do it again next year. Making sure I queue up for the burgers as soon as I finish tho as I missed out this time due to a large queue and tired kids. Unaffiliated 1:01:00 1:01:00 1:20:00 1:11:00 42.46
