Bodge Actually ran 15.21 Again an improvement on last year as I am struggling to run and having found out this week my red blood count is still low ( that explains the being tired while training before and after) and that I haven'treally recovered from last years Grand union canal race (145 miles) I am very pleased not bad for an over 45. Stafford Harriers 15 15 15 70.79
