Boycie Good way to start the year. Made sure I made a steady start and was able to keep a decent pace together the whole way round... Finished 14th, which is a good block to build on. Pace was good and average HR was low - think that was due to tired legs - have been training like a demon the past 2 weeks... Unaffiliated 34:46 36:30 37:58 69.64

Impossible is Nothing Very cold run with hills at 2 and 7 km. Pleased enough with time although couldn't quite catch Boycie - finished with 3 fast kms. 15th out of 158. Westbury Harriers 37:35 38:04 38:04 70.61
