Blister I've just discovered I don't like 5K's, they hurt! Felt a bit tired before the start, not so many runners today. Impossible is Nothing Wasn't sure whether to run - a bit of tonsilitis on Wednesday and feeling coldy and achy. Went for run in the afternoon and HR was behaving itself so decided to race (and had a few PB bets on me so had to run really!). In the end very pleased with time, but very painful race distance!! (I think I prefer the longer stuff!). I really tied up with 1km to go. 19th out of 129 A well managed race again by GWR and I won another spot prize bottle of wine! (Blister didn't!)
