Blister Once again a great little race, very well organised and a very speedy results service. This was also a slow race for me, but since I haven't done a proper 10K since last year, not too bad. It was also very hot, which didn't help; should improve on this in 2 weeks time. Met Imposible is Nothing for first time, who is also a thoroughly decent bloke. Impossible is Nothing Found it hard today. A really well run race by GWR as ever. I just found it hard - ran 5k in 19:30 as planned but was struggling. Actually stopped at 5k for a bit then jogged home in 42:01 (slowest for over a year). Can;t really decide whether I was physically not up to it tonight, or mentally. Met Blister at the race for the first time - thoroughly decent bloke. Westbury Harriers 37:35 38:18 39:00 42:01 63.41
