rf_fozzy Didn't get this right - set off too fast down the hill for the first 2-3km, then struggled to keep breakfast down along canal. Legs felt heavy coming up the hill - probably due to not breathing right (trying to keep down breakfast) and also due to hockey on sat. Never mind...there's always next week!
