abdou Experimenting with new buildup involving injury, illness and not doing any running. What with hills and that as well, PB not in much danger. *Race update* Better than expected, in fact wee bit peeving not to go sub-40. Knew it was going to be tough when 8k came up in 32.30 and there was still the nightmarish hill to do again. Managed to pass a couple of people going up it - if I could make that effort on the flat PB should go next time. Nice event, made even nicer by being 10 min bike ride from my house.
