Wirzel First race of the year, provided my compartment syndrome doesn't come back, hoping to beat my time of last year, should beat it considering the weather conditions then, that said would only have done 5 weeks training. What a good start to the year, beat my PB by just under a minute, Can't believe I did the last mile in 5.50. Unaffiliated 33:51 34:16 35:30 34:16 65.10
