anthony a The 4th Great Midlands Fun Run took place in the baking hot Sutton summer sunshine, ( how's that for alliteration ) with a turnout of around 4,000. The vast majority being fun runners although there wasn't too much fun to be had in the very warm conditions which made it quite a tough run - Especially the appearance of Cardiac Hill at the 6 mile stage - That certainly sapped the legs Bournville Harriers 1:18:00 1:28:00 1:28:00 44.45

stuart little Hot and hilly. The race certainly took ot out of me, to the point of getting quite ill on sunday evening. Nethertheless, it was well organised as usual, with a great atmosphere on the finish into the parade. Beverley AC, Sheffield RC 51:13 53:45 55:00 53:45 69.42
