Great Edinburgh Run 10K

Fat Boy Good strong effort around this very testing 10K route. Went through 5K in 17.49 but slowed considerably over the second half with the hills. Well organised event and reckon I finished about 60th overall in a field of over 5000 runners. Carnegie Harriers 31:07 34:43 37:16 72.12

Jaggy Well organised race that I enjoyed despite the rain and hills! Met lots of good people which was the best bit. Finished 724 out of 5500 so should be happy! Unaffiliated 43:58 46:00 48:00 46:00 60.50

santababy ok, really thought i'd struggle to get sub 60 in this due to almost 3 full weeks of non running, last run was my wedding day (15th April) til friday( 5th may!) legs were so achy on sat i really doubted myself about making it round, hey ho, i did it in 59.07, even with all the hills, the rain blah blah blah, onwards and upwards, here's to the next one....... Big N Started running 12 weeks ago and this was my first race. I enjoyed it so much I'm now thinking about what to do next. Delighted to do it in under an hour but Lauriston Place at 9km nearly finished my off. Managed to recover for a sprint finish. Unaffiliated 56:17 56:17 1:00:00 58:55
