hopisen Went brilliantly. Did first halftrying to keep HR fairly steady, then felt stong at halfway, so upped pace. When I got t ten miles, realised that if I pushed hard, had a chance of first ever sub two, so just went for it. ended up in a full sprint to the finish as had no idea if i was ahead or behind schedule - hit an all time high on Heart rate of 195! - could have just enjoyed last 100m it turns out - but so pleased -espedcially as turns out the last 10k of the half would have been a 10k PB!. So diet seems to be working. PB by over 11 mins, and 21 mins better than Peterbrough two years ago. Not the most scenic course, but lots of support, well organised, flat and friendly. Only downside is I now have to train much harder to get a PB in Norwich Unaffiliated 1:48:42 1:51:52 1:58:26 49.85

Curly K Everything was right. Started steady kept an even pace, negative second half and if had managed to only run 13.1 miles rather than 13.25 would have managed a pb!! Loved the stats by run Pix.
