Dannyboy01 The first 4 miles seemed to be a struggle for no apparent reason but then had some water and managed to find a decent rhythm for the rest of the race and got a new PB - yay! Bit gutted about the stadium announcer not calling out my name as I finished though! Good flat course and some nice scenery, recommended. Running Beans One of those races that you kind of get talked into by certain other members around you, knowing fine and full well that you have not had completly or proper training for it. I went to do it with the only expectation being to finish the run. Had a running partner for about 11 miles then they decided I was going to slow and they ran off and left me, but then thats what running is all about and I am glad that I was able to help someone along to completing their first half.
