brotherjohn Bloody hell that was windy! Did pretty well up until 10, but the strong headwinds in 10,11 and 13 finished me off, so a slow finish. But pleased with the run overall in the conditions, because I absolutely hate it when it's windy, and boy was it windy today! 15th and 1st M50 Dorset Doddlers 1:16:37 1:17:28 1:20:00 1:18:47 84.69

Vicksta Not a bad run considering a) 5 months since having a baby, and b) the wind. How was it always a headwind?? I only remember one mile (11-12) with a tail wind! Nearly lost the wll to live when turning into the wind again in the final mile! Harlow RC 1:36:55 1:46:08 1:49:39 59.58

Mud Rocs Another irritatingly consistent half! Legs felt a bit heavy after recent training so not too bad a run - failure to crack the sub-90 means I'll have to do another one! Holcombe Harriers 1:30:24 1:30:38 1:30:38 68.70

MrMarcus Pre London marathon tester aiming for PB / 6:45 pace. Provisional time, 90 minutes 18 seconds, very happy with that in very windy conditions, not a flat out effort either so good enough. Bodes very well for London. Ipswich JAFFA RC 1:23:10 1:29:59 1:28:00 1:30:15 64.59

Warndog Was very windy over there, but pleased with the result based on what level of training I've been doing. Started off a bit too quick, and went into marathon mode (7:40s) at approx 10 miles. A less gusty day, this course is a definite for a personal best. Very flat, quick course.
