Heavyweight A lovely course - with a few ups & downs - mainly down in the last 3k which makes for a fast finish. Perfect wether for running - calm but drizzling. Slightly chaotic start - I am sure they will sort that out next year. Finish was around 300m on rough field & grass. UKnetrunner 44:39 51:42 53:09 53.20
Lorraine Would like to sub 50mins here.....Iam not promising it..just hoping...UPDATE WOW that was a tough course.It was described as undulating....HA HA....Windsor Half eat your heart out.There were so many hills including an amazing HOD between 5.5km and 7km.Very gratefull to all the hill advice Gobi has given me in the last 6 months.Waiting for my official time ..forgot to stop garmin!!I had a great sprint finish with 2 others coming up the final hill.Amazingly I am looking forward to next years!!!UPDATE...official time...53:35 Unaffiliated 52:27 52:27 54:00 53:32 57.35
