DrBob Wasn't reallly in the mood for this, worrying about a niggly heel pain and not feeling very boingy. Got running with first lady for the first half of the race which helped pull me along. Didn't work hard enough in the last couple of miles but overall fairly pleased with the time. I suspect the chip timing was taken by someone waving a baton at the numbers, rather than a timing mat. Purple Green Imp Felt a lot better in this race than at Lincoln 10k. In the end this amounted to a 22 second improvement on my time. A step in the right direction but it's about time I got under the hour mark again. Witham Runners 57:43 1:01:45 1:01:45 45.79
