Baza Would love to get near my prediction, but need to see what the weather turns out like. Don't reckon I'll be anywhere near the 51 second laps the Touring Cars where going round in last Sunday though... :-)) *Update* If only it was better weather, ended up only one second of my best time for this race. Alas know place near my prediction though Carnegie Harriers 21:26 22:23 22:00 22:23 72.94
Fat Boy Sneaked under the 24 minute mark so quite pleased. Great little race and shame about the weather. Tremendous buffet afterwards. Carnegie Harriers 21:09 23:59 23:59 71.19
_andy Went off fast, let it go on the downhill sections and then tried to hang on for dear life on the uphill bits. A lot of credit to clubmate Fid, who beat me twice in the last eight days - I chased him down after the first lap, clung on somehow during the second and then just went for it on the third, trying to bounce up the uphill bits. Really dug deep on the final hairpin and just after to try and open a gap. Happy with that on such an undulating course. Soooooo wet - skipped the warm-up since it was cats and dogs out there (maybe I should stick with this tactic...) And what a spread afterwards - nice one Carnegie Harriers. Runnersleep Great Little Race around a tough 3 lap course but thoroughly enjoyed it - even though it poured with rain.
Excellent organisation by Carnegie Harriers and a super feast afterwards.
Oh by the way - I was quite happy with my 27-53 time.
Well done to all the Pitreavie Members who turned up - A good workout by all accounts Unaffiliated 27:53 27:53 27:53 64.63

Enigma 3 minutes slower than last year which I'm not too displeased with.
It was a very wet race, which wasn't much fun. The food afterwards was excellent. I think there is a pretty serious competition between all the local clubs for the best post race spread of sugar loaded foodstuffs.
Good to see so many people out braving the weather on such a poor night. Unaffiliated 23:58 27:01 27:01 61.08
Debstir Sorry for anyone who bet on me but I did a damn sight better tonight than I thought I would! Only about a half minute slower than last year. Heavens opened just before the start so we were soaked before the off. Great race, it's only a toughie while you're running it, and the spread at the end was ace! Another well-organised affair from Carnegie Harriers :-) Unaffiliated 31:10 32:49 32:49 56.94
Dvorak Three laps of Knockhill, which usually sees rather faster traffic, and equal wettest race ever. When the two minutes was shouted, 90% of the field were still cooried under cover, and not for moving. Pleased with how I ran, very even paced (it didn't feel like it) but absolutely drookit. My pre-race target was not to be lapped by more than a dozen - lapped by exactly twelve ;-). A grand purvey laid on by the Carnegies at the end. Met Debstir for the first time, and andy, who managed a cracking PB despite the conditions. Unaffiliated 29:20 32:03 32:47 32:03 54.50
