*Anj* A very undulating course, last ran in 2006 in 1hr 40. Not really PB material. But happy with time and off the back of chest infection and probably lack of training for 10 mile race Unaffiliated 1:26:58 1:30:44 1:30:44 54.82
B Rubble Had one bad mile which meant that I went over 1:05, otherwise very happy with this on a very cold day (and having done 2 warmups and over 3 miles prior to the start due to the delay). Dursley Running Club 1:05:18 1:05:18 1:05:18 70.93

DickyDare Almost considered not turning up when I woke up tired, cold and was regetting having a few drinks the night before but dragged myself out of bed and glad I did. Ran really consistent mile splits (except mile 5 (6min 58) where It started to hurt) but pain faded and I was able to push on. Completed first half in 33.07 and second half in 32.50. Pleased overall. Dom Very cold morning- I was one of the few at the start line just dressed in a vest- in hindsight not the best move! Unaffiliated 1:09:42 1:20:13 1:17:00 1:20:13 54.64
Flying Ant Freezing cold, took 3 miles to warm up enough to run properly. Over 7mins slower than last year but considering the amount of running I have done in the last 9 months I am pleased with where I have got back to so far. Black Pear Joggers 1:15:02 1:22:24 1:22:24 53.65
Glevum Runner Very surprised to nearly break the hour. First two miles took 13 mins and I did not feel great. Got into my running at 4 miles and finished very strong. Very cold. Gloucester AAC, Road Runners Club 59:13 1:00:08 1:01:30 1:00:08 77.02
Impossible is Nothing Overall pretty cheesed off with today's effort. Despite streaming with a cold, I ran ok for first 8 miles but just as the friendly 2 mile downhill run in started I developed a painful stitch which probably cost me a good minute as I just couldn't run it off. Race was delayed by half an hour because they ran out of race numbers, which was irritating, and then the finish was a good (freezing) 10 minute run away from the race HQ. I guess a good training effort but had hoped for something rather better. Westbury Harriers 1:01:54 1:05:13 1:05:13 68.08
