Tried to keep HR below 90% - except for the bit at the end where the sub 6-min miles kicked in (that's 4.3% of the race according to the Garmin). Careful pace outbound, then moved through the field on the return. 12th/130 starters. And a new PB for 26.2 miles (3:20:35).
