lil puddin 7.5 mile hill run on hill track, bog & over stream & river climbing to 1500ft, 18 miles mtb on forest roads, 2.5 mile road and cross country run flat twisty and lumpy. 3:13 watch time. Loved this, but it was tough! Unaffiliated 3:13:00 27.36
