ian9657 legs really heavy after a hard week of trg, including 21k on Thursday, worked hard and stuck in behind Ellam bit dissapointed with time but heh it's my 3rd best time on the course and not too bad for my 61st race of the year. Unaffiliated 19:43 20:19 21:48 68.10

wil e coyote First time at PR for a couple of months. Started well and kept it together for the first lap. Worked harder up the big hill and into the second lap. Spotted a Club mate ahead and he and I swapped places till the run in. 20:31 past the changeover and put the foot down but just 3s outside course best..... defo next time in a fortnight.
