Alun Will I finally run a 10K in under 40 minutes? Let's hope so as the race is described as fast and PBs are always a possibility. Yay, finally, my first ever sub 40 10K!!! Had to work hard to stay close to my mate who was aiming for around 39 dead but the conditions were perfect and I've sliced 48 seconds of my 3 year old PB. :) Medway & Maidstone AC 37:04 39:34 39:59 39:34 72.05
