Duncs 90% I could have got my PB. Hope I can recover for Reading next week." title="Didn't feel too good before and didn't warm up either. Decided I was just going to run and see how I felt. Did first km in slightly over 4 and thought "why not try and keep this up". My HR was too high for what I was doing and once I hit the few small hill between 3k and 6k I really struggled. Hit 5km in 21.17 but really struggled from then on. I even had to walk for a short period about 7.5km and that's a first for my in a 10km. Pleased to get so close to my PB but frustrated that if I'd been 100% or even >90% I could have got my PB.
