anitad Really enjoyed running the Frenchay 10K this morning. Bright, sunny & breezy with nice scenery. Decided to walk up the hills x 3 but could probably have pushed a little harder. QubixTech First proper run in nearly two years - really enjoyed it, good preparation for the Bristol 10km in the 10 May. Quite a hilly course and the water station near 6km could be better located prior to the hill, as you end up gasping for breath, whilst trying to drink = unable to drink.
