Blister Well first 5 miler so a PB was guaranteed. About a minute slower than my prediction from the 5K on Friday, but my legs were still tired from that, plus it was quite hot. Tagged on to first lady and paced her round to the finish, she was really thankful for me pacing her around, and she managed a PB. I think this was probably my current 10K pace, which would have been about 40 min if I carried it on to 10K, so hopefully a sub 40 for next 10K. Great race organisation and a nice little route; will be back again next year. Finished 18th out of 170. TeamBath AC, Somer AC, Walton AC 32:36 32:36 33:00 32:36 64.62

wrinty Ran well, though lost a little steam along the bridlepath to Little Chalfield. Disappointed not to break 30 minutes, but I was still quicker than last year, albeit slightly further down the field in 11th place. Avon Valley Runners 28:09 30:59 29:59 30:59 70.90
