Lisrun Excellent run, beautiful village and route. Friendly village feel to the whole day. Recommended. Started very slowly, partly because I wanted to see how my calf muscle held up, but also because it was into the wind which kept me cool on a sunny day. Undulating course with about a mile off road which was hard on the ankles and occasionally muddy. Steep hill just before the finish. Bottle of Black sheep to all finishers. 100 Marathon Club, North East Marathon Club 45:35 46:27 50:43 60.10
