Martian Dashes Did this as a change of plan from Sevenoaks 5k. Lazy on the way out, hot on the way back, gut cramps, blisters and an unnecessary but satisfying sprint finish. Great support throughout the course. Unaffiliated 1:22:35 1:23:51 1:27:30 74.26

KJ Bit too warm today for me really. Felt good until about 12 miles when I started to dehydrate. The hill at 12 miles was too hard, pushed my pulse far too high and had to stop briefly to let it come down a bit before carrying on. Finished 2nd overall and 1st MV40.
