Lakes Another well organised race by A & F Flyers. Well done guys. My only criticism, and this is one not just based on this race, is that pre-start advice and the count down to the starting horn cannot be heard if one is more than about 15 yards from the start line. onthedeck Official time, does not take into account the 20-30 seconds wait to get over the start line, so very please as appear to be getting quicker. Ran the first km too slowly and was trying to play catch up after that. However a very nice course, a few hills but all in all a good event. Unaffiliated 51:18 52:44 52:51 51.14
